Now, if you want to build any kind of society, you need to take care of three things:

1. the administration,
2. providing a seizable portion of the populace with a material interest in it and
3. allowing the whole of the populace to be joint in one spirit.

Hitler's answers to these challenges have been to

1. equip the administration with sadists, curbing bureaucrats' taste for inefficiency,
2. do away with social norms that barred people of simple backgrounds to rise to positions of power and
3. foster an easy going sense of silliness, starting with the belief in the genius of the leader, centered around the notion that nothing is impossible, turning the objective meaninglessness of the individual into an asset of innovation

and, dare I say so, by re-instituting these three solutions you will re-create the full NS-experience.
