This is actually more interesting than I had thought.

More or less a bell curve around November 24, 1973 (reasonably close to my birthdate), with a standard deviation of 17 years and 34 days, which is reasonably close to the age of consent.

The expected value here is July 2, 1985, but the curve is obviously no bell curve, but has two maxima around my 10th and 30th birthday.
Conclusions.
There seems to be a difference in nature between conscious and unconscious character formation. Whereas conscious character formation occurs at times in our lives when we have the time and the drive to work on ourselves and search the world for themes of interest, unconscious character formation occurs through the ongoing exposure to the themes of their time, with a rather interesting maximal influence of the themes of the time of our birth on us and the bulk of all influences coming from within a span of +/- 17 years from it.
