Appealing to the dark spirits
As I stated three days ago, opposed to
- righteousness is despotism,
- openness is haughtiness,
- valour is daringness,
- mastery is desolation,
- dutifulness is forgetting and
- charity is distinction.
- Despotism is being appealed to by providing an opportunity to partake in the exploitation of someone else's dependence,
- Haughtiness is being appealed to by flattery, i.e. providing people with a framework for their social recognition.
- Daringness is being appealed to by providing an opportunity to gain an advantage over others with precious little effort.
- Desolation is being appealed to by providing protection from punishment.
- Forgetting is being appealed to by indulgence, i.e. providing people with an excuse to forget.
- Distinction is being appealed to by providing people with safety in their affairs.
