Another look at the road ahead

The opposition to the supernational corporate world order persists.

So, what are the possible ways to deal with it?
  1. Suppression,
  2. co-option or
  3. evasion.
Before the corona virus came along, I considered evasion the only feasible, though limited, alternative. Now suppression seems feasible: civil duty in the face of danger and dangerous kooks could take the place of the cosmopolitical vision. Biden may get enough support for this stance. Then Assad will be in the cross hairs again, to prove America's renewed sincerity. Erdogan has after all a rather impressive assortment of conflicts on his plate waiting to be taken over: Syria, Libya, Azerbaijan. The only thing missing is America's commitment.

Revelationwise this is the most boring path: Yellowstone will punish the hardened sinner and the army will change camp, because a foreign takeover will have become a real prospect.

On the other hand, if Trump wins, there'll have to be some prosecutions taking place in order to restore public trust in America's institutions. And that is a chance for co-option: When a dark web is brought to light, who knows who'll be found in it? Theoretically, America might even go down this path in case of a Biden win, but then the army would have to clean house and take the reins and everything would turn out exceedingly ugly.

In any case, the co-option is riskier and less predictable. Of course, the culprit of choice would be Iran, but being too obvious would endanger the operation. But perhaps enough of these considerations: I do feel that God's greatness demands a sense of wonder.
