Another take on Carpenter's method in Prince of Darkness

If somebody asks you,
whether you believe in the corporeal resurrection of Jesus Christ,
tell him that only a practitioner of witchcraft had reason to believe that
and smile.

And as far as the Lord himself is concerned, He said rather clearly what He thinks about conversion through miracles, when He mused:

Because I said unto thee, I saw thee under the fig tree, believest thou? Thou shalt see greater things than these. [...] Verily, verily, I say unto you: Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man.
