Steamboat Geyser's last 67 eruptions

The USGS is claiming that this function is the result of chance, but I think it should be roughly proportional to the heat below Steamboat Geyser, disturbed by water supply related factors. Admittedly a terribly crude approach, but it gives somewhat of an idea of the situation.
